Millionaire businessman, John Nichols, has been jailed for 4 years having been charged with causing death by dangerous driving despite not being the driver of the vehicle.

Nichols allowed his girlfriend, Mary Butres, to drive his Jaguar XJ8 after consuming wine during a day out at the races.
